Pros
The people here are fabulous! Everyone from the CEO on down works hard to treat each person with respect and honesty. It is the one place that I go to where I am told that I don't have a disability; they call it a super power!
Cons
The salary of my department is higher that most other departments, but it is still not in line with the same job in other organizations.
