      Pros

      An excellence place to learn from the basic. Good training ground for junior executive. Prepare to stay for 3-5 years then move up when opportunity arise or move out for better future.

      Cons

      Don't make mistake, office politic is very strong. Once you're marked, prepare to leave ASAP. If they counter offer, stay only when pay and position higher than current.

      Pros

      Great Workplace with a great sense of community. Interesting research that kept employees engaged

      Cons

      Currently restructuring going on. Many layoffs occurring at this time. There would be gaps in communication between and American and Saudi leadership. Many milestones reached on American side often lost steam once they reached Saudi review. Promotions were not equally vetted.
