      - Salary was good and comprehensive benefits. - People care for each other and are kind. - Solid work environment, day to day workload is very manageable. - Career development somewhat exist at least they're trying. A for effort?

      - Significant downsizing / company layoff in the AMR region - Lack of leadership support during uncertain times - Suffering pretty bad in terms of financials in the AMR region - Lack of transparency

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Good Coworkers.

      Cons

      Age of facility, lack of maintenance funding. Operations and Maintenance are pressured to do "more with less" constantly. Too slow to fill job openings, rely on overtime to make up for lack of headcount.
