Good job - Mobile Crisis Responder SAFY Employee Review

I've been able to keep a good work/life balance while working this job and feel good about being able to help clients who are in crisis. I love having a hybrid work location, while being able to be at home during downtime but work with clients in person out in the community.

Some of the management and policies can be questionable but overall I have not had issues.

Coworkers are great, sometimes flexible schedules

High case loads of over 17 clients. Upper management offers no support. Foster parents are not punished for not upholding their end of contracts
