Pros
SAFY prepares their employees well and provides various resources to ensure you can do your job to the best of your ability! SAFY is a very friendly environment to work in and everyone makes sure to make you feel welcomed. The staff at SAFY are passionate about what they do and are available to help you at anytime! SAFY has demonstrated that they advocate for work-life balance which is hard to find in the social service realm.
Cons
The only con to SAFY this far are the benefits- the deductible for health insurance is very high. PTO is acquired through the hours you work but it does roll over which is nice. However, it makes going on vacation more difficult since you do not have your full amount at the beginning of the year.
