Pros
Excellent salary and benefits, including 5% 401K match, typically 16-19 vacation days + 10 holidays, all kinds of insurance available (even pet insurance!) at reasonable rates, tuition reimbursement
Cons
Constantly rotating managers, no training, layoff as soon as a contract ends if an immediately transfer doesn't happen. (Advice: get on a multi-year one.)
