If you don't meet the pretty women requirement, your next best chance is to have a family member already employed here. As a last resort, you have a slim chance if you were in the Navy. Pay raises are completely arbitrary. Some employees have worked here for more that 10 years and are getting paid only $10.50 per hour while new hires are being paid only a dollar less. Many employees have not received a raise in over 5 years. The company is more interested in numbers that quality. They are more interested in cosmetics for visitors than improving conditions for employees. Constantly running out of parts to build with. High employee turnover rate for the reasons given.
