Time consuming, high stress, lack of leadership.

Attractive darker skinned ladies have the best chance of hire, Asian, Spanish, light skinned Black . Low morals is an added plus. Good old boy and legacy hires rule the day as well. If you don't meet the pretty women requirement, your next best chance is to have a family member already employed here. As a last resort, you have a slim chance if you were in the Navy. Pay raises are completely arbitrary. Some employees have worked here for more that 10 years and are getting paid only $10.50 per hour while new hires are being paid only a dollar less. Many employees have not received a raise in over 5 years. The company is more interested in numbers that quality. They are more interested in cosmetics for visitors than improving conditions for employees. Constantly running out of parts to build with. High employee turnover rate for the reasons given.
