Pros

There were great benefits and great clients. Mr, Crowder was one of the greatest bosses to work for.

Cons

Where should I begin? First, there is a lot of favoritism within the facility, They are quick to treat you like trash when you don't cater to them by tattling on co-workers. They don't promote what you have done to get to where you are, they promote by favoritism. They set unrealistic goals for you to achieve. They put way too much work on you for one person to handle. The administration that I was under was atrocious, when Mr. Crowder passed things went downhill quickly.

Pros

Helping clients (when you can). Working from home (when you can). The insurance will cover the cost of the therapist you’ll need after a few months.

Cons

Case managers were treated like punching bags. Supporting departments (trainers, information teams, app department etc.) were treated like protected Union workers. Managers were treated like gods. They require a college degree to work there, but they treat you like a 5 year old. Management wanted to control everything case managers did and said. They literally would get angry and send emails and/or have a meeting if they caught case managers having a conversation or sharing a laugh without them. The probation period is a minimum of 6 months, and that time will felt like pledging for a fraternity (hazing and all). They remind case managers of their pay and their ability to work from home as if that justifies their unproductive behavior. If you choose to work here as a case manager, remember to care for yourself because no one there will.
