There were great benefits and great clients. Mr, Crowder was one of the greatest bosses to work for.

Cons

Where should I begin? First, there is a lot of favoritism within the facility, They are quick to treat you like trash when you don't cater to them by tattling on co-workers. They don't promote what you have done to get to where you are, they promote by favoritism. They set unrealistic goals for you to achieve. They put way too much work on you for one person to handle. The administration that I was under was atrocious, when Mr. Crowder passed things went downhill quickly.

SARCOA has great benefits and decent pay. Working with the clients can be very rewarding.

Cons

Case loads are very heavy. The senior case managers and CMII's are great but there is not a lot of support from leadership/ upper management.
