      Pros

      There are really too many to name. We are known for being the best place to work on the planet...for our benefits, our people, our products, our work-life balance, our culture. For me, the most amazing part is the license to be creative and innovate constantly!

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
