      Pros

      Good co. culture. Products work. Once sold into an account, very difficult to be removed.

      Cons

      SaaS model. Sold by the 'server' rather than by the user - so many many users can be on a solution and you get no additional revenue until server is maxed out. Management: Local management was terrible - unethical and immoral.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
