Pros
A great employee philosophy with a full understanding that in a company like this, if the employee's are leaving, the core value of the company is leaving. All colleagues are highly competent and willing to support each other.
Cons
Working in a local office outside of U.S. it is obvious that the expansion over the 40 years has happened in various tempi and with different degrees of influence from the head office. There are some alignment issues and legacy in some of the local offices.
