      Medical Benefits Some of the people

      Told the only way to move up is for someone to die or retire. Hearing people crying in their offices or demean others in meetings. People are trying to get out as quick as possible due to not knowing if their product will ever make it to market and the overall lack of vision.

      Beautiful campus, benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Too many “lifers” at SAS, lost touch with best practices. Promotions based on personal relationships versus truly being the best person for the job. HR seems to protect itself and has grown its kingdom. Out of touch management. IPO seems extremely unlikely.
