      JMP is a SAS company and is a fantastic organization. Great teams, great products, solid leadership and vision. Amazing benefits as well.

      Salaries, maybe? I don't have too much to complain about.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
