Pros
A very employee-focused company - lots of benefits and understanding. The company provides a comfortable and safe work environment as well as all the tools necessary to perform the job.
Cons
There is no formal training given to those placed in management so the treatment of employees is inconsistent. There is little opportunity for advancement. Many of the benefits are available only to those located on the headquarters campus (approx 80% of domestic employees).
