Pros
nice people - probably the best environment you can find in the corporate world. low stress - work is interesting and challenging but low stress coming from other aspects, which is good flexible working hours and great benefits office work environment
Cons
the uncertainty about the future - what will happen after Dr. G retires? the possibility of going public or being taken over by other companies? Can SAS always benefit from its subscription based business model?
