Excellent benefits, particularly healthcare insurance, and an exceptional working environment. Generally a good work life balance. The work climate is mostly positive and motivating, and whatever resources needed to get the job done are provided. The focus on individual fiscal responsibility is respectable.
Cons
Nepotism is rampant and a negative workplace factor. Internal department/division success is sometimes measured by metrics that are easily manipulated and can be widely interpreted from positive to negative. The lack of a fully-functioning and fair employee assessment tool is troubling. In short, the integrity of the internal 'analytical culture' is questionable. Retirement benefits, when compared to other technology companies, are average at most.
