      Pros

      It's got a reputation for being multicultural which gives you access to communities that are usually media shy.

      Cons

      Sadly it's a place that stifles talent and ambition. Editorially SBS has no teeth and top management are mostly yes men/women.

      Worked on launching new sites, a lot of work but rewarding to see it all go live

      Sometimes high pressure environment and miscommunications around launches
