Pros

This Company has a "soul", operates on highly ethical principles, genuinely cares for the greater good of the world and communities. Excellent Brands and Products, very ethical about product claims, does not over claim to be competitive if it can't stand the scrutiny

Cons

Recent changes with Top Level Executives coming from outside is changing the wonderful culture rather drastically for the worse. The new executives have no appreciation for good work done in the past....They see a need to fix everything as if everything is broken ...No longer is there respect for decent working hours, meetings go on till 9 and 10 p.m. and they take pride in this...; meetings scheduled on long week ends or business trips start on long week ends, lots of flip flop in decision making. No work-life balance. No respect for family time...it is all about "numbers"...all the time

Thanks for writing. 10+ years is a long time to give any employer, and we’re grateful you chose SCJ. There’s been a lot of change in recent years, and we know that it has led for some teams to longer hours and more workload. We appreciate all that you’ve been giving. We want to make sure we get to the right balance where we can be a strong competitor while maintaining our special culture. We’ll pass your advice along.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
