Every employee survey in recent history comes to the same conclusion. Constant hiring and purging has made for confusion at all levels. If you are joining this company you must understand that this is as good as it gets, tomorrow will be slightly less comfortable. Say yes to everything knowing you will likely only be able to deliver on half of the foggy promises. Everyone comes in fresh faced and ambitious, many turn toxic and spiteful. This is the current culture.
