Pros
If you work for this company you need to be ready to develop strong relationships in order to advance. Much of the promotion and advancement within is determined by who your sponsors are and who will go out on a limb for you. This is good if you are someone who works well in teams.
Cons
Pretty much the same as the Pros but if you are not someone who likes to develop these relationships then it might be difficult to do well there. And, it seems that a lot of the work is done in LONG, over scheduled meetings!
