      Always pushing boundaries to do the right thing even accepting reduced profits to make the world a better place, very ethical and responsible Family behaviour, people are cared for not just by the management but everyone for each other too Much freedom and flexibility to claim the joy to master your job and see your contributions turn into wins in market

      Cons

      As with many companies last 5 years has seen high pace of change. This has left quiet some areas of ambiguity and sometimes making progress can be hindered by lack of knowledge today. We are all working to build clearer decision rights and broader understanding of holistic, fast process mastery

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
