We believe SCJ is stronger as a team when we can work together in-person, for the benefit of our consumers and the communities we serve. As our priority is the health and safety of our people, we are committed to doing things the right way. Great care and investment have gone into preparing our offices around the world for a safe and successful return. We also understand there may be circumstances that might make it challenging for SCJ people to return, whether it’s childcare, transportation issues, or if a person is more at risk from a health perspective. Through a confidential, HR-led process, SCJ people may submit requests for exceptions and pursue alternate considerations.
