      Working at SC Johnson you really have an opportunity to feel like part of a team where your value is recognized. SC Johnson is such a large company that depending on your field of work, there are many locations across the US and overseas where you can work. The friends that you make and bonds that you form are priceless. Not to mention you feel like you can work for a company that is making a difference.

      Cons

      Unless you are working at the corporate office you are limited to the types of jobs that are available.

      Great brands, company, vision and leadership. This place is special and unlike so many other CPG companies.

      Super competitive industry can create longer than usual hours.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
