Pros

Discounted merchandise, onsite athletic facility, family athletic facility (off site), concierge service

Cons

"Lifers" here have a really bad attitude. They treat new employees like garbage. Until you've been here 10 years, they don't give you any credit. They seem to enjoy seeing new people flounder since they (new employees) don't know the convoluted SCJ processes. It's like high school...scratch that...MIDDLE school cliques. Very immature in the way they exclude new employees. I never know which type of mood I will get from my coworkers. They are so unpredictable. What keeps me going is reminding myself that when my coworkers behave so rudely, I'm probably not the only one they treat like that, and I'm probably not the only one that sees their mean behavior. Bullies in middle school, bullies at work. Same ol thing, different environment. It's draining and completely unnecessary. Don't they realize we are all on the same page? Apparently not.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
