      Pros

      A company with strong values, a "relationship" culture, and healthy work-life balance. Get to work with people from all over the world. Lots of opportunities to change roles to keep developing your career in the company, including functional moves to working on different businesses. I've been here 14 years and have yet to be bored!

      Cons

      Meeting heavy culture with many layers of decision makers in the core business. This makes progress slow and can make it difficult to get work done during the day.

      Great brands, company, vision and leadership. This place is special and unlike so many other CPG companies.

      Cons

      Super competitive industry can create longer than usual hours.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
