Pros

Work life balance, nice people. Good empowerment.

Cons

Too many processes that become common excuses for people not to do something. The company is too slow to adapt with market competition and because of that, declined in many markets or grow at bare minimum. Direction from the leadership in SEA is confusing. Too much political between regional and global team, getting promoted is not about having good performance but about having good visibility and people's perception.

As a family company, we hold ourselves and our products to high standards. From our CEO’s leadership on ocean plastics to our commitment to safe, quality products, we strive daily to do what’s right for people and the planet. We recognize that our careful decision-making for the environment and our customers may sometimes make it seem like we aren't moving fast enough. However, we believe in taking the necessary time to collaborate and ensure we meet customer and consumer needs with effective strategies and solutions. We have a robust performance management process, including goal setting, regular progress communications, and performance reviews. Only job-related factors – such as job performance, training, experience or specialized skills that are required to properly perform the job – may be used as a basis for employment selection and promotion.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
