      Pros

      Very well structured, and rigorously followed process for all business units to measure and improve performance via Bowler Scorecards etc. Be prepared for very detailed ( but extremely rewarding ) standard work, problem solving session etc.

      Cons

      As you climb higher, you will not be too successful unless you are well structured and organised in your daily work.

      Pros

      -Great people and management -lots of emphasis on professional development -Snacks, Coffee & many events all the time. - Nice location

      Cons

      -Older workstations (Needs upgrades) -Senior management needs to listen to managers, sometimes we have better solutions, not always but sometimes we do.

      Great team I worked with. Had great experience with all that I worked with and supported.

      Cons

      Management and cycling of personnel. Focus on one product and making it fit to others. Quality of parts and instruments suffers due to cost cutting
