Very little structured training or onboarding — you’re expected to figure things out quickly on your own. Feedback often feels reactive rather than developmental. Processes and goals shift frequently, creating confusion and instability. Work-life balance can suffer due to unrealistic expectations and lack of direction. High turnover leads to frequent changes in team structure and leadership focus.

Pros

Good pay, autonomy within the role

Cons

They are still considering themselves a start-up after 5 years of development, sell a niche solution that not every company wants, they don't much structure for development or confidence in what their products can do, and don't plan to do what's best for their employees. The autonomy I described is faced by management making decisions about your employment without warning whatsoever. High turnover here from key positions. Red flags top to bottom. Benefits packages are also lower than the industry standard.
