      Pros

      Good pay, autonomy within the role

      Cons

      They are still considering themselves a start-up after 5 years of development, sell a niche solution that not every company wants, they don't much structure for development or confidence in what their products can do, and don't plan to do what's best for their employees. The autonomy I described is faced by management making decisions about your employment without warning whatsoever. High turnover here from key positions. Red flags top to bottom. Benefits packages are also lower than the industry standard.

      Don’t Work Here

      Don’t work here. I left a good company for them. Very shady environment. False promises during interviews. Health Insurance not very good. Sales team can delete and steal leads managers don’t do anything about it. There is no training at all, there is no ramping process even though it’s promised. I was there for 2 months. Had 5 meetings the first month and 6 the second. My goal as 8 each month after ramp. They came out of nowhere, after being fake and telling me everything was good. And fired me on the spot no warning nothing. Shady company, sales are down not doing well. Don’t work here!!!!!

When I founded this company, I specifically put extra attention into our benefits which we continue today. The team has grown quickly and not always evenly or smoothly for everyone: implementation of new training and onboarding programs are already underway to ensure our team is set up for success.       Promising company, but micromanagement and lack of training hold it back

      REMOTE, GREAT BENEFITS AND PAY IS ABOVE AVERAGE

      Cons

      Very little structured training or onboarding — you’re expected to figure things out quickly on your own. Feedback often feels reactive rather than developmental. Processes and goals shift frequently, creating confusion and instability. Work-life balance can suffer due to unrealistic expectations and lack of direction. High turnover leads to frequent changes in team structure and leadership focus.
