Management provides growth within the company. There are no politics everyone shares the same role. The office provides many fun staff bonding events.

There are not to many cons, schedules can be tight however that comes with the architectural industry. Company was starting to provide half day Fridays before leaving so that would be the only item is not having half day Friday at the time.
