      Trust the reviews you read before you accept an offer at this company. Extremely hostile work environment. You will be treated like you are disposable and beneath management. Your work will never be praised. Many employees have left within months due to same reasons.

      Honestly, can't think of any.

      Cons

      My peers were great, but unfortunately we were all treated extremely poorly by the father/son team (aka the name on the door). A serious lack of leadership mixed in with arrogance, rudeness, and lack of professionalism makes this a terrible place to work and do business with. There are good Principals here, but since their names will never be on the door, things will not change. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
