- Great Software company for beginners to associate level engineers, as a lot of learning in it. - Senior engineers thrive there as well, but favoritism exists, and management's favorite employees grow quickly. - Benefits and work environment are amazing; you get to work with some smart engineers globally
Cons
- Biasness and favouritism exist in some teams/departments - The salary package should be better for senior engineers. - Stock options only available for early employees.
