- Mgmt is lousy. Rounds and months of reshuffling and restructuring but not done yet. - Mgmt does retrenchment in phases, causing rumors to fly around non stop. Ending up with unhappiness and negativity within company. - People who were retrenched was then subsequently asked to say after Mgmt acknowledges the lacking of manpower. - Retrenchment was Plan A to cut cost, downsized causing lack of service quality but Mgmt doesn’t have Plan B. - Lack of direction, or should I say - multiple directions: Cut Cost but increase revenue. That is asking for best of both worlds. How is that workable to achieve both after downsizing? - Topdown Mgmt style; refuses to listen to ground staff and understand the root problem China HQ: - Pretends to respect local practice but proceed to force their decision down your throat. - Does not take the effort to understand local/overseas market landscape. - Bunch of monkeys with nothing to do, therefore comes up with 1001 reporting style so that they can handover their homework. - Technology way behind times and competitors. A simple report with vital information is something so mystical you probably get to see it only after you die.
