Corporate leaders don’t truly respect or care about their employees. They only care about making money off of them. High Turnover Outfit can be used as the evidence that there is a bad internal culture which makes retention nearly impossible, no matter how talented the new hires may be Lower wages than the market average level. Out of touch management and poor working conditions. No overtime pay for the extra hours.
