Thank you so much for your constructive comments. It is our belief that the work environment should be relaxing and lesser stress possible. Perhaps this is also why it gives impression that we are least organized, and non decisive. We are shaping our goals and visions, and as a new HR initiatives, we are restructuring KPI evaluation and hopefully that will provide better insights in how we look at work again, without adding stresses and pressures. Family members are only the small numbers, and we can't grow more without all of the employees participating in our growth.
