Recruited and then Dismissed in Three Months! - Administrative Team Lead SGM Employee Review

I was recruited to lead their administrative staff and then three months later they decided to "restructure" the admin team and dismissed me without cause - no warning, no two weeks notice, just here's your final check and they watched me clear out my desk. Really frustrating to have quit a good job to take this one and then they changed their minds and dumped me even though I'd done quality work for them.
