      Pros

      A collection of some of the finest human beings I've had the pleasure of working with. Great laid back working environment. You can always find someone to bike with at lunch. Great leadership allows employees to push themselves and progress faster than most companies. Really great locations. Some really talented engineers and the surveyors are 2nd to none.

      Cons

      Glenwood Springs is really expensive. While the majority of the leaders are incredible, some of the older leaders are a little stuck in their ways.

      Recruited and then Dismissed in Three Months!

      Pros

      Lots of nice people in the technical departments, effective project management protocols, healthy pipeline of civil, water, wastewater, and surveying projects, wide variety of engineering and surveying work, great connections throughout western Colorado.

      Cons

      I was recruited to lead their administrative staff and then three months later they decided to "restructure" the admin team and dismissed me without cause - no warning, no two weeks notice, just here's your final check and they watched me clear out my desk. Really frustrating to have quit a good job to take this one and then they changed their minds and dumped me even though I'd done quality work for them.
