Pros
The only positive aspect is the schedule.
Cons
This is the worst place I have ever worked. From the beginning, they make you feel like you owe them the “opportunity” to be there. The workload is overwhelming due to the extremely high turnover, and although they expect you to work overtime, they do not pay for it. Training is poor, and there is no proper preparation for the responsibilities they assign. Management is also a major issue. The manager is often rude to the administrative staff and demands unnecessary explanations, such as “5 Whys,” even for very small mistakes. When you face challenges with a client, you receive no support. If you have the opportunity to work here, I strongly recommend declining for the sake of your well being. The HR department is practically nonexistent and never gets involved.
