Pros
Sterility Assurance at SGS is great for a first job out of college to learn about GMP and the CRO lab setting. It can be a solid second job out of college as well if you are looking to put in the work to move up quickly. The management while I was there was quite good. The pay has increased a lot since I was there.
Cons
It is a physically demanding, busy job with a fluctuating schedule. The management that was there while I was working there is now gone for Sterility, Bioburden, and Microbiology. This was caused by a poor hiring at the director level.
