      Pros

      Good reputed company to work for Good upper management(I definitely had one of the few best manager I had so far) Easy going environment, as far as work is done

      Cons

      If you know how to pretend(you know everything) you are good. Stereotype people. Lab supervisors and senior people bit lazy and manipulative. Never seen a company let go so many employees in my whole career so far. Low pay and yearly raise if any.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
