      Pros

      Allowed to work on Projects I had interest in My immediate local team was amazing to work with I was allowed to learn a lot whilst also being a project lead on my own projects

      Cons

      Management change from an awesome manager to one that was very pushy slowly pushed me to look elsewhere for work.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
