      Pros

      The work is entertaining, every day there is new challenge to face. Working team consists of very smart people from different fields. The best working team i ever had.

      Cons

      The boss sucks. Very savy, so doesnt even provide tools for work, wanting from employees to either get and pay for tools by themselfs or find and learn how to use free tools in your free time. No paid overtimes and A LOT of overtimes required.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
