      Good salary Flexible work hours Coworkers are helpful

      There are no many aportunities to grow since it is very limited. Company doesn't offer good courses to grow in the area one's working, but just in HSEQ.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
