      Amazing place to get hands on experience right out of college. Awesome people and great continuous improvement environment.

      Upward mobility can be difficult at this location due to low turnover at management level positions.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
