      Pros

      Good pay and great colleagues. Nice labs and a lot of knowledge. They invest in good equipment and have a strong global presence.

      Cons

      They panic in iffy times and swing the axe without concern for the impact on those concerned. Not a proactive company. Management changes far too often.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
