Cons
HR & Management are quite literally trained not to give payrises/ how to avoid them. Pay disparity between men & women & colleagues in general is stark - when it becomes a legal requirement for pay to be equal SGS will be absolutely screwed. Zero consideration for personal contribution or employee wellbeing, absolutely everything is about money. An attitude that anyone is replacable. If you don't have a manager that is willing to put themselves in a "risky" situation by advocating on your behalf (which some will, as there are some fantastic managers), you will constantly be at risk.
