      Get a 100% contract as a foreigner.

      Cons

      Like 800-1000 samples to analyse a day, which is to mach (days when I was working there), where I work now we have 5 samples in total a day. High tempo and a lot of work.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
