Racist company - Anonymous employee SH Cogent Employee Review

Too many management trainee that it doesnt take much for u to be a manager except to be chinese and also know how to carry balls. Managers are mostly playing facebook or sleeping or even playing games while you work like slogs. No benefit. Employees get penalised for leave taken because of sick child etc and get terminated without any warnings. You can really see the racism going on but since Benson (CEO) is chinese he wouldnt give AF. High staff turnover because of this. 3 out of 5 employees resign after only 2 weeks.
